I had to wait a long time to hear back from customer support, and the weird part is, when they finally replied, it felt like they were just trying to get it over with. It wasn’t a complete disaster or anything, but it definitely left me frustrated.

"Not sure if I just had bad timing"
The site itself was easy to use, so no complaints there. I did have a little trouble finding what I actually wanted though—some items only had a couple sizes left, and a few were just out of stock. Maybe I was just shopping at the wrong time, I’m not sure. I ended up getting something similar, and it worked out okay, but it wasn’t really my first pick. Shipping was fine, but I do wish the inventory felt a little more up to date.

"Frustrating online order experience"
My online order was a mess from start to finish. The delivery showed up late, and whenever I tried to get an update, the replies took forever. What made it more annoying was getting those canned apologies that didn’t actually answer anything or fix the problem. I get that delays happen, but the whole thing felt really disorganized.

I was browsing bergsskishop.com the prices immediately made me pause. A lot of the stuff looked way more expensive than I expected, and I couldn’t really tell what was supposed to justify it.
Some items seemed basically the same as what I’d seen on other sites, just with a higher price tag. Maybe there’s some reason behind it, but the site didn’t make that clear, which made me a little suspicious.
I ended up not ordering because it just didn’t feel like good value to me. I’m fine paying more when it makes sense, but in this case the pricing felt off and kind of unfair.

My order took forever to show up, and it really made me lose trust in them. I was expecting a much smoother experience, but after waiting so long with no real confidence it would arrive, I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

I was really hoping this tune-up would make things feel smoother, but it came out rough. The edges felt uneven afterward, and it made me feel like I lost the money I put into it instead of getting any real improvement. I’d probably be hesitant to use this service again.

Ordered from bergsskishop.com. Had to send one item back. Size was off. Not a huge deal. The refund did come back in the end.
It just took longer than I thought. I had to email them again to check. They did reply. Just not very quick. Overall okay, but could be smoother.

I’m not sure if I was just having bad luck, but the site was frustrating to browse. Pages were loading slowly, and the filters didn’t seem to work the way I expected. I was trying to find a pair of ski boots and eventually just gave up because it felt like too much of a hassle.

"Weekend ski rental turned into a whole saga"
I rented skis here for a weekend trip, it felt like the first act of a disaster movie. I had booked everything online thinking pickup would be quick, but somehow it still took forever. Then the boots they handed me looked like they’d survived several winters too many, and one of the buckles was barely hanging on for dear life.
The staff wasn’t rude or anything, but everyone seemed rushed, and when I asked about changing sizes, it felt like I was adding a major plot twist to their day. The prices were okay, so I can’t say it was a total catastrophe, but the whole process felt disorganized. I’d only rent from here again if every other option had vanished into the snow.

I ordered because the prices looked tempting, but once the item showed up, I started getting major fake vibes. The tags didn’t look right, and the packaging felt cheap compared to what I’ve gotten directly from the actual brand before. I asked customer service about it, and those jokers just gave me vague, useless answers without really addressing anything. Maybe some people get lucky here, but I’m not wasting my money with them again.

"Getting a response was way more stressful than it should’ve been"
I emailed them twice about my order and didn’t hear anything back for days. I get that places can get busy, but not knowing what was going on added this unexpected stress I really didn’t need. The whole thing ended up being frustrating, mostly because the communication was so poor. I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

"Returning It Was Such a Hassle!!!"
Ordering was totally fine, no issues there!!! But wow, trying to return something was way more annoying than it needed to be!!! I had to send a few emails back and forth, and the instructions weren’t very clear, so I felt like I was just guessing half the time!!! The refund also took longer than I expected!!! It’s not the worst shop ever, but the return process was enough to make me not want to order again!!!

I stopped in with a few basic ski questions, and the staff just didn’t seem sure. Like, not sure at all. I wasn’t asking anything complicated, but the answers felt hesitant and kind of vague.
